We believe in what we call a "Stable-Add' approach to real state investing. We look for properties with in-place cash flow and prioritize paying a monthly preferred dividend to our investors. Equally important is our ability to use our skills and experience to uncover untapped value in each of our investments. Whether that be through fixing management deficiencies, completing capital improvements to increase rents, or re-tenanting a property, each of our investments have both cash flow and upside that will deliver above average returns.

M Investment Capital commits a sizable amount of their own cash in each and every project. We believe in the opportunity being presented to our investor base and show our commitment by investing along side you.
As the Sponsor, M Investment Capital invests dollar-for-dollar with its investors. This means that no sweat equity, discounts or upfront fees are paid to the Sponsor. Fees are earned only after investors are paid the preferred return and once a capital event has occurred through a refinance or sale of the property.

Through our online, secure portal, every investor has real-time access to property financials and reports on properties they invest in. This includes recent photos, rent roll, expenses and a project's timeline. We believe transparency to the key to being an accountable sponsor. Better accountability will lead to superior performance.
